1. Services Overview
Third Space Play provides Montessori-inspired, play-based music lessons for children, including:
✔ One-on-One Piano Lessons
✔ Small Group Music Sessions
✔ Customized Music Learning Plans
Services are offered in schools or other pre-approved locations, as outlined in our booking process.
2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
✔ You must be 18 years or older to book lessons for a child.
✔ Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children arrive on time.
✔ Lessons require an appropriate learning environment free of distractions. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without a refund.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
A. Lesson Booking
✔ Lessons must be booked through our online booking system.
✔ All bookings are subject to availability

B. Payment Policy
✔ Payment is required at the time of booking.
✔ We accept credit/debit cards and other digital payment options.
✔ Monthly lesson packages must be paid in full upfront. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of lessons.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
A. Cancellation by Customer
❌ 12-24 hours notice→ $30 cancellation fee
❌ Less than 12 hours notice → Full price of the lesson is charged
🔄 Rescheduling Fee → $15 (waived if requested at time of cancellation)
B. Cancellation by Third Space Play
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide:
✔ A full refund OR ✔ A rescheduled lesson at no extra cost. No refunds will be issued for missed lessons without prior cancellation

5. Code of Conduct
To maintain a positive learning environment , students, parents, and guardians must:
✔ Treat instructors and peers with respect
✔ Follow lesson guidelines and participate appropriately
✔ Refrain from disruptive behavior
We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who violate these policies.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Site, including lesson materials, videos, text, images, and branding, is owned by Third Space Play and protected by copyright law. You may not:
